Experienced on IPOs and M&A projects. Participated in the financial structuring, valuation and projection, negotiation with anchor and external consultants, raising of private investor capital, and bank funding management for the Monte del Barco real-estate project.

Highly knowledgeable on investment project valuation and company valuation in the manufacturing industry as well as on strategic planning processes (Holcim Costa Rica).

Participated in implementing and assessing ERP information systems (Procter & Gamble and Atlas Eléctrica).
