- Bonds and equity share issuance for service, business, financial, and industrial companies (La Nación, S.A, Florida Ice and Farm, S.A., Atlas Eléctrica, S.A., Dosel, S.A., private and public banks and so on).
- Securitization from contracts and mortgages (Fideicomiso del Proyecto Hidroeléctrico Cariblanco, Fideivivienda, Fondo de Titularización Hipotecaria FIHPO and so on).
- Real-estate development funds, mutual funds, and real-estate funds, as well as on investment funds abroad. Tender offerings such as the one conducted by Aliaxis S.A. over Durman Esquivel, S.A. and other operations such as Citibank’s purchase of the assets owned by Corporación UBC S.A.
