The unit’s key task consists of identifying investment opportunities in properties with the potential and characteristics required to develop successful projects to maximize value within the anticipated time horizon. This is achieved through appropriate planning, sound structuring, and flawless implementation.

Structuring entails integrating top-level in-house and external multidisciplinary teams.
 
Successful projects including Plaza Mayor and TERRAMALL have been developed through this business unit. Currently, the unit focuses on developing Monte del Barco, a world-class megaproject located in one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful, high-potential areas: the Gulf of Papagayo.
