Fund Description The Real Estate Revenue and Surplus Value Investment Fund is intended for investors willing to diversify their investment through a portfolio of non-financial assets. Its goal is protecting investors’ capital against inflation, generating periodic revenue and diversify risk. This fund is a middle- and long-term investment mechanism and must not be used to place temporary surplus or money on demand. Recommended term: At least 360 days Minimum Investment: $10,000.00 Portfolio composition: Due to its degree of specialization, the Fund will invest no less than 80% of its portfolio in real estate.
