Aldesa ISO 9001

In 2000, Grupo Bursátil Aldesa became the first company of its kind in Latin America in receiving quality certification under ISO 9001 standards, thus highlighting Aldesa’s commitment to quality in customer service.

As the result of the system we apply daily, this outcome follows from a work method preventing process and service mistakes, identifying and redressing errors that might occur, and preventing new occurrences of those problems.

Our quality system is aimed at supporting the organization to help it consistently provide top-quality service on every side of the Group customers may contact.

Our goal: Avoid repeating mistakes

The ISO 9000 international standards define implementation, structuring, and administration requirements for a quality management system.

The prestige of the ISO standard results from being a third-party certification of a quality scheme.

Our quality control system is regularly reviewed by impartial third parties, to wit, INTECO (Costa Rica) and AENOR (Spain) to check and certify the company’s work in line with ISO requirements.
